2. Exfoliate your skin regularly. Clearing away dead skin cells is just as important for healthy skin as is moisturizing. Exfoliate your skin naturally with a homemade body scrub and afterwards be sure to moisturize your skin with a homemade body butter. Add conditioning oils like sunflower oil or avocado oil to your scrubs and body butters to nourish your skin with vitamins.
